"I’d leave a zero if I could. Someone with a key went into my place, opened all the closets, left all the lights on, and took some of my stuff. I called the emergency number. She seemed sympathetic. But nothing happened so I filed a police report that let them investigate themselves. I got zero follow up. Nothing."

"My new apartment is amazing. So private! So convenient! Tina was my agent and she was very awesome and efficient! Maintenance was quick to fix the small issues when I turned on my electric. Highly recommend"

"We looked at a studio apt here. The rates were reasonable and the apt was nice. You could tell the had a good maintenance team as they were working diligently during our visit. The service at these apts was awesome as well. Tina was the rep that helped us. She was prompt, kind, and understanding of our situation. Apt hunting is tough these days but good customer service definitely makes it easier. Thanks!"

"It was raining in my bedroom at Lobos Management. This is on the 4th floor or a 9 story building (it was beautiful and sunny outside when this happened and Lobos tried to blame it on the weather.). I was promised cleaned/replaced carpets which never happened. They told me if I gave them a “good google review” they would clean the carpets.. I gave the review and got nothing in return. Prior to this incident this same bathroom ceiling caved in due to a different water leak and a giant BIRD NEST was popping out of the drop ceiling. There had been birds living in my ceiling for months and despite complaints, nothing was done. This is just one of MANY issues I had.. water leaks, faulty electrical work resulting in prolonged power outages, clogged toilets, clogged dishwasher, broken laundry machines, high electric bills due to poor insulation, water shut offs, etc. I could go on and on about the issues. This company does not care about resident safety or well being. Do yourself a favor and believe the many, MANY poor reviews because these stories and real and they are common throughout all of Lobos properties. It is not worth the cheap rent and I am so happy to be out of this building in a nicer place and not giving Lobos any more of my money. They have a terrible reputation in Pittsburgh for a reason.. they have earned it!!! Make sure to look under the photos tab on google review for the video of it raining from my ceiling!"

"Please DO NOT rent from this landlord!!! You are not going to get your security deposit back even if you don't have any damages to the property. When I moved in the bathtub was clogged and they charged me $25, which by the way I didn’t clog. The kitchen was already damaged I took pictures when I moved in and sent it to them but they took my security deposit told me the kitchen was damaged. Very unfair management, they are liars, and scamers. please see all the images"
