"Literally have not shown for their scheduled rides Saturday morning from 7:00 8:00 and now 9:00 waiting to go to work No communication for this public transportation they just skip the route if they want I guess Total inconvenience not worth the money"
"The driver of cat of Meadville in Titusville or pleasant people and you get to where you need to know and as long as you remember to give them your ticket to get on and transfer tell me you need a transfer ahead of time."
"Took the blue route to the doctor's office Wed Jan 19th, the bus was 6 minutes late which wasn't a problem for me but when I got on the bus I realized the bear had gone up a quarter. So I told the driver I had another quarter and I had a hard time getting it out of my purse and she was rushing me and being rude and waving her hands like hurry up come on she even told me hurry up come on I got to go and I said to her well you already 6 minutes late and she said to me well yeah that's why I got to go and I told her that's not my problem she's very rude she's very ignorant I've had problems with her before and I called the CATA bus office to file a complaint and they never called me back"
"Be very careful using this service during the pandemic. During my last experience to get essentials, there were people getting on and off the buses with no masks. Some of which were the drivers them selves. Some of the people who did have masks on, only wore them on their chins and not over their mouths and noses. I think as a public service that comes in contact with many people everyday, that this company should reinforce the state mandates and signs it has displayed on the bus stop shelters and bus windows."
"So I used the bus service to go the store and was expecting to be greeted by masked covered faces. I saw so many people not wearing masks and still being allowed to get on the bus. I understand that there is a rift between who wants to wear them and people who think they infringe on their rights. But as a person who follows rules and laws, I think people should do the same. I don't think people should have to worry if getting groceries will be the reason they get sick due to people not wearing masks. What about my rights and life? What if I need more supplies and have to ride the bus again? Worst part is I seen several people coughing into their hands and not their elbow."
