"Last year I went to a different auto shop in Meadville for a state inspection and had the worst experience. Fast forward a year later, which would be today. I need a state inspection again, and called this place instead. We were able to figure out a time that would work for the both of us. They’re very professional, very polite, and don’t try to push you into buying things you don’t need. Instead they tell you that you might need something in the near future, but won’t need it for a month or two. They’re very honest, and don’t try to screw over anyone, which is nice. As long as I’m in PA and need anything done to my car, this shop has a permanent customer."

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable considering an oil change takes 20 minutes tops, and I had scheduled an appointment. Likely lost my business."
