"I have lived with campus view on two different occasions now, each for years at a time, and if I weren’t relocating out of state I would stay with them! The ladies (and Bob) in the office are angels and truly care and it’s comforting to always see the same familiar faces over the years. The grounds are always well maintained and animal friendly and maintenance is quick and helpful! I’d highly recommend living with them to anyone looking! -your tenant in apt 35 who will miss you all"

"Having resided here for over four years, our experience with the Campus View has been truly remarkable and enjoyable. The environment is pleasant, the staff is nice and thoughtful, and the maintenance service is prompt and efficient! We are particularly grateful for the staff's accommodating approach, as they have been considerate of our moving plans by offering flexibility in both the move-in and move-out dates. We have absolutely loved living here. If you have the opportunity to live here, do not hesitate!"
"My husband and I have had no issues with Campus View Apartments. I was very pleased with how simple and easy the sign up process was for getting into the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and move in ready right when we needed it! Now of course I can only speak for the complex that I live in, as I can't speak for other locations that are managed under them. However, anytime we had a maintenance issue, (which has only been twice and were very minor issues) someone showed up within 45 minutes to repair! Impressive! Since most apartments normally take days to even respond. The complex is kept very nicely, grassy areas are cut and majority of the time the dog walking areas are fully stocked with poop bags. Unfortunately I would have to agree with some of the other reviews that the customer service in the front office is not up to par. Other than that we LOVE living here! Our neighbors are great! we've actually become really good friends with some of them and their sweet little fury companions as well! We plan on staying for a while!"
