"This property is bad. I recommend that don’t choose this property’s rent service. Property’s rent stuffs are old and didn’t repair or remodel anything. Don’t trust previous review. And they don’t give you back your deposit. They will charge everything that you didn’t do. I cleaned up everything like the property was rented. But they charged everything. Also this property’s apartments have rats in rooms."
"Terrible landlords. Terrible property. We're only allowed to use A/C during a couple months of the year even though its currently 81 in the house. StinkBug problem in the rooms upstairs. Multiple code violations that have never been fixed."

"If I could give 0 stars I would do that. I have never met anyone in a business that is so unprofessional. I did not stay in my apartment for the duration of my lease. There were mold and mildew issues throughout. The toilet wasn't installed properly and wobbled when you sat down and did not flush properly. The faucet in the bathtub leaked constantly and was not installed correctly. None of these issues were resolved. When I did leave my apartment I found another tenant to move in, per the lease agreement. I was told to have them apply online, which they did and Pam completely ignored me and all my questions until she messaged me to tell me I had 4 DAYS to leave the apartment for the new tenant. I was never asked when I could be out. A date was never discussed with me regarding when I wanted to leave even though my rent was paid through November. I was told if I wasn't out by the specified day I would be charged $150 a day. Upon leaving I have been completely ignored regarding the credit balance on my account of close to $1000 and my $300 security deposit. I have asked many times and get no response. I would not in any way recommend HTM Properties to ANYONE!"
