"Rude and condescending . Decided to rent the machine anyway made the appointment for pickup and he wasn't there nor would he answer the phone . Found someone else. Don't even know how rude people who act like you are wasting their time have a business at all. Would not recommend to anyone ever."

"I couldn't believe that the reviews could be accurate with such a negative slant to them. Then I called to see if they had an item I need. The person who answered the phone was a complete A-hole. He was condescending, made it seem like I was bothering him, belittled my questions and was overall VERY rude. Worse of all, I'm pretty sure I was talking to the business owner! "I call the location to rent an Electric Eel. My question to the person on the phone was, "What was the price for rental? In a tone of voice that sounded like I was wasting his time, he asked "If I would be renting it for, Day, Week, or the Year"? I said "a day". He quoted, "$75.00. I asked "May I have the name of the person I was talking to"? He said, "The Owner", and hung up the telephone! I called around and found a lower price of a savings of about $25 from a friendly sales person, who was happy to answer my questions. I today's market, it doesn't look good to be short or rude with a customer! If in fact that I spook to the "Owner", I hope he learns from this!"
