"We had some building plans and materials list created by their design guy at the Peach St Showroom. When we ordered the supplies to be delivered, some of the materials were not what we thought they would be. A simple miscommunication on our part. Within a matter of a few hours the proper materials were delivered. As it turned out, through my error, the wrong color of materials was delivered which I didn't find out until later. They fixed my error and delivered the correct materials. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful we are for these people. I don't know if we would have saved money by going to a big store. But I know for sure we would not have gotten the excellent customer service we received from Frontier . I woukd especially like to thank Gary, Mike and Drew who truly went above and beyond. I would recommend them to everyone."
