"Do NOT waste your time calling this company! I scheduled a service and was told the technician would be there between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., so I blocked my schedule for the same. At 1:40 p.m. I called to inquire when I could expect the technician. I was told I would receive a return call within a few minutes. Nothing. I called back and was then told they would arrive between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The whole point of scheduling earlier in the day was due to availability. Very poor communication and follow through. Do NOT use Appliances Pro! :-("
"Had a issue with our dryer. They came the same day we called and had us back up and running. It took him less than 30 minutes to diagnose and repair. He is a busy man, had about 10 calls during the 30 minutes, but it didn't slow him down. I guess they are popular for a reason!"
