"This review is for The Good Feet Store in general. We purchased their product about 3 years ago. We purchased the product because of their lifetime warranty. Yes, they are extremely informative, yes the product works well for a time. They do wear out. Everytime we have tried to use our lifetime warranty they have come up with an excuse why the warranty does not cover at this particular time. We purchased in good faith that this co. Would hold its end of the bargain. However each time we are told that we should contact the store we originally went to because they must have told us wrong. No, it's because you keep changing policy to save money. We should not have to hunt down who we purchased from to get a explanation. Are you all using the same umbrella of this company? Yes. Then all stores should have to abide by what is in the purchased receipt . So buyer beware . THE Good Feet Store does not have a lifetime warranty. They have a sometime Warranty"
