"SLOWEST STARBUCKS IN TOWN!!! I'm not usually the person to complain but MULTIPLE times I've sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me... mind you, I ordered ahead at home (10 minute drive)... Everything I get here I'm told my order isn't ready... the baristas are slow in my opinion compared to other starbucks! Spend the extra 2 miles and go to the Starbucks by Cold Stone!!"

"I have given this Starbucks multiple try’s because it’s less than 1mile from my home. 9 out of 10times I have had a problem with my order. I get Starbucks 2 x per week so I know how my drink should look and taste. This location and only this location gives me a hard time about anything extra I ask for in my drink. Whether it’s extra espresso or lining my cup with extra Carmel drizzle, it is never right and always a back and forth discussion between myself and the barista. As a consumer I am paying for the extra additives I ask for and expect to get what I pay for. I am not sure if it is leadership or training at this location that is the problem, but customer service and the quality of drinks are a huge issue. Starbucks cost too much for this location to consistently have poor customer service and drink quality."

"I order the same exact thing from Starbucks 3-4 times a week so i know what it’s supposed to look/taste like. I’m tired of coming to this location specifically and paying EXTRA for extra Carmel drizzle and it NEVER having it. I always say something before i even leave the window because i know it’s an easy fix to just add in real quick and they ALWAYS try to gaslight you into thinking you’re wrong and won’t correct it. I asked her today and she says oh it’s just mixed in. It was not in fact mixed in. So my drink was bitter. It’s just annoying to always pay extra for something and it is always missing and they act like it’s not. This among a multitude of other “minor” issues is why local coffee shops will always be better than a chain coffee shop, especially in todays time."

"Was greeted when I walked in and helped quickly. Drink came out quickly as well. Very spacious inside with multiple types of seating (tables, lounge chairs, etc) and nice touches like several live plants. Outdoor patio had a lot of seating options as well and even a water bowl for dogs. The patio is circled by their drive through so it’s not a particularly quiet place but it is pretty shaded. Building is very unique, looks like a renovated bank. Parking lot is confusing. If you park in the front (on the side of the strip mall) there is a door to walk in. If you park around back, then walk to the patio on the left side and there is a door there. Wifi was not very reliable to get my work done but I did see several other people on laptops"

"Excited for this place to open up!! Hoping it’s soon! Beautiful building (used to be an old bank) and excellent location. I believe this place will be a MAJOR hit when it opens. Very convenient. Excellent choice of location and repurposing a building. Very beautiful!"
