"Awesome bar, good food, waitstaff was attentive and not intrusive. It makes sense why the wait was 30ish minutes+. Food was really good, I had a Philly, my friend had a burger and we shared the loaded tots. They slowed down a bit and they let us hang out and talk for a good bit, which was awesome. A couple of employees hung around to drink and talk, which is a direct reflection of their atmosphere. Will come again, highly recommended."

"I’ve been here several times now and have had consistently good service and good food. The bourbon selection keeps changing as certain bottles do sell out faster than others. I got to try a Blanton’s cask strength the other day that was terrific! They have a house aged old fashion that was enjoyable and I always enjoy a good Basil Hayden Toast, Breckinridge, or Hudson Valley. The big pretzel is a great snack and the rest of the menu continues to improve. I recommend stopping by while you’re downtown for a drink."

"Happy hour with half priced apps and $6 old fashioneds, Manhattans, and sangria on a Saturday afternoon? Whodathunk. Crispy tuna ($14, not on the happy hour apps menu) was perfectly pink on the inside; the breading stayed on the fried pickles ($7) (quite the feat!) and the sauce it came with was delicious; and tots were drenched in creamy Mornay sauce and dotted with chewy bits of bacon ($7). Cheese plate was two unfussy balls of bousin and pimento and not-too-sour sourdough brushed with butter ($6). Coulda passed on the pretzel (it was pretzel bites and they were almost as crunchy as croutons would be). But the price was right."
