"The staff is super friendly and hard working. I know how difficult it can be to have to make hundreds of drinks while people stare in your face and make demands. It’s beautiful to see strong work ethic and great customer service in spite of the pressure of us demanding customers. I’m also happy with the consistency of my drink’s taste each time I go. Highly recommend this Starbucks as a regular go to!"

"Always kind of trashy. Usually they are out of several things today the espresso machine was out, no strawberry puree and something else broke as we were leaving. Not terrible but below Starbucks usual quality."

"I went there to get a fairly standard drink you can pretty much get anywhere (hazelnut iced coffee) and the entire experience was terrible. I was one of two people in the store and it took me almost 10 minutes to take my order. The barista/cashier then had a snotty attitude while taking my order for absolutely no reason. And then they were out of hazelnut and the barista took pleasure smugly telling me that they were out. They also don't do mobile orders which was a problem in a previous visit when I was picking up a drink for a friend that she had placed to apparently the wrong location (there are 2 on the same street and the app doesn't say that this location doesn't do on-the-go ordering). I would honestly give this location a 0.5 rating if possible because the customer service is always mediocre at best even when they are having a slow day."
