"This place sucks. Ordered online, 3 sandwiches, a salad and a soup. 2 milkshakes and a couple drinks. They called me immediately and said they were out of ice cream and said they would take them off my check. My girlfriend and her mom picked up the food and came back to find there was no soup and no dressing for the salad. Called and spoke to Logan I believe and he said he would make sure I wasn't charged for the soup or the milkshakes. Charge on my card went through for the full amount."

"The food was good but they have advertisements all over saying it doesn't take more than 8 minutes to get through the line. We went during the lunch rush, and they were apologetic, but it took 22 minutes to get through the line. Don't advertise a maximum wait time if it is going to take almost 3x as long. Most of the problem seemed to be take out and delivery services occupying the staff's time. If they notice a line growing they should have a way to stop taking those orders temporarily and focus on the customers in front of them until they are caught up. Either that or offer something small like a discount or cookie if you can't meet the 8 minute wait guarantee"

"Excellent sandwiches. Had the Mama's Meatballs and it was very good. I like how they toast every sub. The Mac and cheese was a little dry, but that's a minor nitpick. I wish there was a Potbelly's back home in Orlando!"
