"You people are AWFUL for hiring that man just to give him 8 hours a week!! A WEEK!!!! & Then sends him on break after only being there 2 hours! Like WHYD YOU HIRE HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT HIM THERE?? Why HUMILIATE this man?? Because he's DISABLED?? PROBABLY!!! His hours are literally 9am-11am 2 days a week! Then one 9am-1 shift! WHAT TF IS THAT?? He has BILLS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE TF! VIC SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF FOR HUMILIATING THE DISABLED MAN LIKE THIS IDC WHAT ANYBODY SAYS! 8 HOURS! ARE YOU SERIOUS? & STILL HE SHOWS UP JUST SO YOU MFERS CAN MESS WITH HIM & SEND HIM ON BREAKS LIKE HE GETS HOURS IN THE FIRST PLACE! YOU PPL ARE GARBAGE! & IM REPORTING YOU TO EVERY LABOR DEPARTMENT I CAN THINK OF! NOT SURPRISED MOST REVIEWS ARE TRASHING THE PLACE! NOTHING BUT GARBAGE WORKING THERE!"

"Went there today with my girlfriend and the lady was very nice and she was trying but we must have told her 5 times we wanted and she said the order back a number 7 and 6pc nugget and the sandwich is supposed to be just cheese no we got nugget meals and when I go back for the sandwich she hands me very rudely so I check and make sure the sandwich has just cheese on it does not it has everything but cheese so I go back in and tell the guy it was supposed to be just cheese he was very rude about re making it don’t go here"

"Order breakfast biscuits to go. When we pulled from window to check order because one person doesn't eat eggs sandwiches had egg so we went back around and gentleman working window when I spoke to him was very rude. Did you read the coupon? He also Charge $3 for a order of potatoes and I thought it was a combo deal. When I question him he was very rude and I wasted money and a Wendy's customer. Monitor your employers actions with your customers."

"I Never post ratings, however this was just too bad not to say something .Took 33 minutes for drive through, with no other cars in line. Every employee was on their cell phone when I got to the window, and music was blasting. Customer service was horrible except for the one girl that gave me the drinks. At least the food was warm when I got it. Pretty sure my order was incorrect, but I was not interested in waiting any longer to correct it.."

"Just like the others (burger chains) the commercials are spreading the BIG LIE! The sandwich looks nothing like what the picture on the menu on the internet or TV. I know things are embellished but if you advertise one thing it should not be completely different but you still pay full price. Didn't get my straws or the right sandwich. Restaurants want you to give them business but the people that work there don't care. Service is DEAD!"
