"Went early in the morning and they tasted old. Did not taste fresh at all. How can I come first thing in the morning and get old tasting donuts? Had to throw the rest in the trash because none where any good to eat the next day. Went to a different place and the donuts where fresh and last more than a day. This place is living off its name and not taste."

"Literally never worth coming here, and it's unfortunate since I prefer Dunkin to Starbucks so I keep giving it a chance, but they're always completely swamped and can't keep up with all the orders. They seem to prioritize drinks, which is good if that's all you want, but you will definitely be waiting a while if you ordered any food. I ordered ahead on the app and my drink was ready, but I still waited 30 minutes today for literally just a bagel (not toasted or sliced) and a donut. They were out of sesame seed bagels and just skipped my order; this is not the first time that's happened to be here either. There was a line of like 7 people in front of me, all waiting for mobile orders, and there was still a guy waiting on just an order of hash browns when Ieft, 30 minutes later. I also stopped getting toasted things here since they kept smelling/tasting like burnt plastic; they need to clean their toasters. I give up on this place."

"We went through the drive through today around 9am it took about 15 min to get our stuff after our order was taken and the person at the window was just rude. We ordered hash browns, 2 coffees and 6 donuts. The hash browns looked like they’d been sat on, they gave us 2 or the wrong donuts and one was completely smushed, and we asked for frozen coffees and got iced and the cups were so sticky from the whip cream that spilled. Very disappointed in the service there, management definitely needs work."

"We really had a great experience at this location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even took a pic of my daughter and I. The coffee was spot on and our breakfast sandwiches were great. I never was into coffee much but you can definitely tell the difference in pods at home versus their fresh coffee. Game changer for sure! I highly recommend this awesome location."

"I usually order through the app and every single time they have to ask if I ordered doughnuts and they always forget my bottled beverage unless I ask for it. The food and drinks are good, no complaints there, but it's pretty annoying having to tell them my order when I ordered ahead. I typically end up waiting for my food as well, it takes the same amount of time as ordering in person."
