"I don’t know what happened recently but over the last 2 weeks this Starbucks staff has changed and gone from fantastic to the worst possible service. Everytime I go in there’s only 3 employees with at least 2 on their phones and the third having the worst attitude. I try to give them grace and patience because it looks like they’re understaffed and underworked but when you get barked at for asking for simple supplies - cup holder, bag, napkins are out, etc. multiple times… there comes a point where that’s no longer acceptable."

"Great Area. Seating is great. The customer service is random. Depends on the day . Today in particular i ordered three danishes, the fact that I'm in store and told the lady what i ordered they could have told me they didn’t have what I wanted but instead warmed up something completely didnt and put it in the bag that says what I ordered. In a rush i grabbed and walked out, not realizing till i left. Like i was waiting about 10min and in that 10min she couldn't mention it but okay."

"Sat on the high top after it was cleaned.. with bleach. Stained my black shirt before a meeting. I will now have to it throw away. Pissed. Updating this post: I spoke with the very kind manager who gave me access to a number to submit a claim. They gave me credit, which was acceptable for me. The manager also gave me a free drink. Thank you!"

"This Starbucks has the most friendly staff ever! They are super welcoming and the wonderful “good morning” greetings was super nice especially before getting the morning cup of coffee! The drinks were made perfectly and the staff really wanted to make sure they were made correctly even despite the busy morning rush!"

"They lock the doors 30 minutes prior to closing as me and friend travel far distance just to make Starbucks the girl proceeded to shake her hands that they were close and it’s states on google hours they definitely should be open"
