"After this starbucks renovation it's been a completely different place. The employees are very welcoming and hardworking. Thank you for doing your best during morning rushes and keeping a friendly atmosphere!"
"UPDATE 01.30 - Good morning and THANK YOU! All drinks had sticks. It's the little things that make a difference. Back to 5-stars. 01.29 - I spoke to the young lady, blonde. Not placing the green sticks (but sure what they're called) to keep the heat in and dirt out. The one with the stick is mines. Maybe, because she didn't have on gloves. She ignored me, and kept placing them in the to-go/pick-up area without the stick."
"I had the opportunity to visit the Starbucks inside the Holiday Inn National Mall multiple times during my recent stay, and it was an interesting mix of experiences. First, let's focus on the positive aspects. The location of this Starbucks is incredibly convenient, especially for guests at the Holiday Inn, as it has its own entrance right next to the L'Enfant Metro Station. This made it incredibly easy for me to grab a coffee and snack before heading out to explore the National Mall. Most of the staff at this location are truly fantastic and seem dedicated to providing excellent service. They hustled to keep the flow going, ensuring that orders were prepared efficiently and accurately. Their dedication to their work was evident, and I appreciated their efforts. Now, on to the downside. Unfortunately, there was one employee who seemed to be bringing the whole operation down. It was apparent that his coworkers were frustrated with him, and he was known for making numerous mistakes. This was a bit disappointing as it occasionally slowed down the otherwise smooth operation of the store. It's my hope that this employee can receive the support and training needed to improve his performance. In terms of the drinks and food, they were consistent with what you'd expect from any Starbucks location. The quality was on par with the chain's standards, which is always a reassuring factor when you're craving your favorite Starbucks beverage or treat. In summary, the Starbucks inside the Holiday Inn National Mall is a convenient spot to grab your daily caffeine fix, especially if you're staying at the hotel or using the nearby metro station. Most of the employees are dedicated and efficient, although there was one notable exception that could use some improvement. Overall, it served its purpose well during my stay."
"Worst Starbucks i’ve ever experienced. Half of the menu not available, some only discovered after it was paid for. Half of the food got missed due to a changing shift. A grand total of 3 seats. Won’t be back."
"The world’s worst Starbucks that I have ever been. I just ask whether the matcha latte included the syrup or not. But the waiter misunderstood my meaning and double charged me. When I go back to my bus just realized it and came back ask for refund. The waiter who has a golden hair girl is very rude to me. She made me feel really uncomfortable and bad. Because another waiter want to came and help but she asked them to ignore me. What the hell? She even used her phone videoing me. I really feel mad and upset. I JUST WANT TO TAKE BACK THE REFUND THAT I SHOULD GET. I think I really deserve a apology and money back."
