The place was so packed since the ice skating rink is also very busy at this time. Some would have walked out but they didn’t. The place is way understaffed. "My wife bought some drinks here and when i picked it up and ask the barista if I can have water as well, she told me i need to fall in line again and order it!!! It will tAke her less thab 10 secs to grab it, its not even packed but there is couple people in line. Customer service is must if you are working to place like this. Simple favor makes customer happy and willing to come back. But on this location I wont!"
