"What can I say. It's a Starbucks. It like all of the other ones. Consistent but expensive. Not my favorite coffee but always the same. The only negative is the time it takes to get your coffee. They have so many app orders that it always takes 10 or more minutes to get your order."

"I mobile ordered on my way into the city. I arrived 35 minutes after I placed my mobile order and it still was not prepared. I asked about this and they were rude in response. The Batista told me she was working on it (I could see that she had my order in her hand). I then watched her make it and it took her a full 5 minutes to get me my drink, which was a simple cup of coffee. This was now 40 minutes after my mobile order was placed."

"Edited after revisiting: The baristas are rude and they just don’t seem to understand what you want and when you point out that the price on the app is lower than what they are charging you- either they charge extra for customisations that are free on the app or make an error they will just be adamantly daft and say “I don’t care about what it’s saying out there”. They should be trained properly before ruining Starbucks customer service and reputation."
