He took so much time to explain everything to me about the appliance I came to buy, the installation process, the warranty, etc. He obviously really knows his stuff and has been doing this for a while. The appliances in the store are beautiful, and the Washer/Dryer I ended up buying was in perfect condition and still covered with new packaging stickers - but cost less money than at the big stores.
