Best customer service I've had in a relaxed atmosphere (HUGE WAREHOUSE!) for high ticket items and the best part?? They stand behind their word. Any.... and I mean any issue I've had, the family is on it. Quick response to every question before and now after I absolutely consider myself a lifetime loyal customer (they're amazing!). Shopped Back Friday deals and was about to buy from a company that rhymes with SchLowes. I had the Big Boxs Black Friday price in my head when I visited their huge warehouse. When they presented me a price for all the appliances I wanted that was $1,000 less than the best online deal, we shook hands. They have provided sound advice, amazing options and customer service WELL BEYOND what's required. Big box stores could learn from them. I'll definitely make sure to send any of my good friends looking for quality appliances. A trip to their warehouse is amazing and I LOVE that they are dog friendly. The big box store kept pushing the timeline for the delivery of a new refrigerator for the house we are selling (without actually notifying me), and we are hustling to get the house on the market ASAP. After the latest delayed delivery (at least another 2-3 weeks!), I Googled "appliances near me" and found AAA Appliances in Chantilly. I called and left a message, and shortly after, Robert called me back. He was incredibly helpful and gave me great information about some options (all of the stock are the major brands, btw) that might work for my space. I stopped by a few hours later and Robert's father and brother quickly helped me find the right refrigerator and matched the price of the big box store. It was one of the best major purchase experiences I've ever had - no pressure, super friendly and kind, knowledgeable. AND family owned for sixteen years! I will be going back when are ready to replace our stove (or any other appliance). Highly recommend buying from this local business if you want a personalized, no pressure, reliable, and fun purchasing experience at totally fair prices!"
