"I had a recall issue that disabled my van while I was in town from Kentucky. They didn't have the part in stock, so I tried to get ahold of another dealership to take care of it. After 4 other dealers simply refused to even discuss assisting with the repair, I called back. Brenda told me to bring it in and they would figure something out. Not only did they take care of the repair, but they had me in and out in an hour so I could enjoy the remainder of my trip. They really went above and beyond to help me out."

"I’ve never had such a poor experience at a Ford dealership before. AAA towed my vehicle in the morning to this location after I had made a confirmed appointment to get my car looked at. I also notified the dealership that AAA would be dropping my car off to the service lot. At 10AM I checked back with the dealership and they told me “they’re looking at your car now.” When I hadn’t received any updates by 4 PM I called the dealership again and the service rep told me that my vehicle wasn’t even in the system and they had no vehicle by my VIN # or car description in their lot. I was then transferred to the manager who was quite rude and told me to contact the other dealerships in the area as my car was definitely not here. I requested the service member to physically check their lot and they said “it’s not here and we would be able to pull it up in our system if it was. I repeat-check another dealership on this street.” Lo and behold, I drove to the dealership and spotted my vehicle parked in the service lot as specified to this dealership. They of course had not even looked at the vehicle after an appointment was set up for 8:30 AM in the morning and the vehicle had been waiting to get serviced. The level of disrespect and incompetence here boggles me. This is an entire vehicle that was somehow “misplaced” at a Ford dealership. I highly recommend anyone avoid this dealership."
