"This place is the worst. We live above it, so often stop in before work to pick up coffee. EVERY TIME we go, the same barista is working and says they do not have cold brew OR iced coffee…but you serve coffee. Last time, my husband said “can you just poor regular coffee over ice” and the barista refused. Don’t waste your time!"

"(December 29, 2020) Ok only get water from Starbucks. Lol I went yesterday & the lady decided to charge me $.26 for a cup of water. I asked her so starbucks start charging for water now? She said yes. I told her forget it. Now the one Downtown Rockville doesn't charge for water. Now again this is what I mean by non-consistant. This means some places are doing their own thing although it maybe the same brand. I don't do business with companies like these nor do I give my money to companies like these. We are the consumer & you can control what to except. If I get treated bad I don't go back including relationships. OOOwww! Starbucks what's up y'all got all that money & can sponsor events like "The Concert For Valore." You gotta charge for water lmaaao!"

"Came here at 9:20 AM Thursday. It's not a real Starbucks but a licensed one for Fairway grocery store. Place is clean and the single staff is also the manager. While she was pleasant, the only milk outside was a half and half. No skim milk and no regular milk. It's a simple small limited Starbucks inside Fairway grocery store.. I would not come back there again."

"Yes, there are times when one has to wait to see who exactly has been assigned to work the kiosk....but I’ve otherwise enjoyed every beverage they’ve made for me. I live in the area, so often when I stop in to get groceries, I’ll stop to get a beverage as well."
