"I purchased from this location via Door Dash and it was only going in that I realized - I’ll no longer use this location and now drive further and use another location. The staff is beyond rude and don’t understand customer service - asking a persons name and then looking at a bag - I wouldn’t know it was my order. And then to have ask about the drink and then it’s handed to with nothing said. The young lady should focus more on customer service - of which she has none versus her long eyelashes and makeup….spends more time on that waste than providing basic customer service."

"This is #2 worst Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s location. The women ringing up the cash register no customer service! I see other people who have left a review also seem to say the same.This is my favorite place for smoothie’s but I would rather avoid this location."

"THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE. RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND RUDE TO EMPLOYEES. I walked in and she gave me the nastiest look and attitude and then proceeded to speak so disrespectfully in spanish to her employees."

"I order through the app and it’s always easy! I’m in and out with my smoothie quickly. I really like this location. Smoothie made just the way I like it and isn’t watered down in my experience! I’ve only had good experiences at this location. Thank you."

"I placed an order via the Tropical Smoothie app. The purchase also included a 20% tip for the DoorDash driver. My order arrived prior to the expected delivery time. I immediately notice that my order is incomplete, as the two smoothies ordered were not in hand. I mention it to the driver, and he states that he wasn’t given the smoothies, that he’s unable to contact the restaurant directly, and leaves. At this point, there’s no way to retract/adjust the tip. I was unable to cancel my almost $50 order via the app, so I attempted to contact the store to rectify the situation. I phoned in for approximately 15 minutes. No answer. At this point, it’s now 30 minutes to closing, so I decide to go up to the store to retrieve my remaining items. I get there, and they’re not busy. I immediately identify my items on the back counter. I inquired about the lack of answering the phone, and the manager replied that the phone isn’t working. She then goes on to grab her glasses to verify that the items that I’m requesting are in fact mine on the back counter. No apology was given. Instead, she tried to tell me how oftentimes the drivers either don’t wait for the smoothies to be made ready prior to pick-up, or they forget them. She made no efforts to turn the situation around prior to my leaving, and showed a lack of empathy."
