"Usually the people at this Starbucks are professional and kind. Today, after my Dr’s app I bought a coffee, and the fake, not nice employee making the coffee (a short size caramel m.) did not want to give me an extra cup as it was really hot. Pathetic and I even added a dollar tip. I did not want to get into it but he should know better. Bad moment for no reason. BURNING CUP. I have not seen him before."

"It is always an awesome treat for me. It's my go-to place to sit, relax, and be in the moment. The staff at almost all, if not all, had always been pleasant and willing to accommodate you. I love their cake pops, iced lemon and seasonal loaf slices,"

"I ordered a bagel w/cream cheese and a hour later remembered I didn't get it. So I went back to the store and told them I forgot it. And the lady just handed me the original bagel I ordered. It was cold and they didn't even off to heat it up or replace it. I know it's not their fault I left it, but the best thing they could have did was offer to reheat it."

"This location is one of two near American University. *Definitely go here* The staff is friendly and I have never had a problem with my drink order, whether ordering in-person or through the app. The only downside is if you want to work/sit at a table with typical cafe noises in the background, you won’t really find that here as the seating area is in a separate space from the baristas."
