"The service from the worker Ciao was HORRIBLE. About a week ago I came into the store and he was incredibly rude. I ordered a venti matcha with 10 scoops of matcha and he gave me a nasty look and was judging my order. He gave multiple side comments stating I don't need to order a matcha with 10 scoops and then didn't put my 10 scoops. Then I came back today and he simply gave me a nasty look and no greeting when I came up to order. He also gave me attitude about my order again. His customer service is horrible and I was so disappointed/angered to receive this treatment at Starbucks especially from this location that I come to daily."

The staff are incredibly friendly and seem really happy to be there, which is always a plus for customer experience. Bathrooms were relatively clean."
