"We were not pleased with the guaranteed working engine we received from this location. Although it worked, there were malfunctions that cost me over $1000 to fix and ultimately resulting in me having to get a new car. When we asked for a refund, they would not honor it and the manager stated that the mechanic who placed the engine in the car should have done this and that. Whatever! Ultimately, the engine worked as they assured us, but does it work properly or as it should was the question that should have been asked."
