"Normal good coffee…really bad service!! On a trip, dropped by to grab a coffee. The young twenty-something man behind the counter who was wearing sweats and a pair of headphones around his neck was kicked back, leaning on the register, and having a casual conversation with the two other employees who actually seemed busy. He glanced at me, then went back to basically doing nothing. When he did glance over his shoulder again, he didn’t say anything, so I asked if I could order. His response was “yea”… I ordered a drip coffee, only to find out they were out and had to make some. I have a suggestion…maybe the guy leaning on the counter and doing nothing could actually make more…what a concept! Needless to say, don’t recommend going here, head on down to Starbucks where they actually work to provide good service. P.S. if I was the manager, I’d fire that guy on the spot. Would I go back…no Would I recommend…absolutely not!"
