"Let me just say that I LOVE Dunkin. However, I recently went to this location and accidentally ordered a hot coffee on their app when I wanted iced. When I arrived to pick it up and noticed it was hot coffee, I apologized for the confusion and asked if they could make it an iced coffee instead. I even offered to pay additional for them to make it. When I asked them this, the man stood there and told me “I already made it, too bad”. He repeatedly just kept saying too bad before I just took the coffee and left. I won’t be coming back to this location. There is much better customer service at other locations nearby."

"Went two times in a row, the guy asked for a hundred dollars :/ then went today, dude charged me for the bacons but lo and behold, NOT IN THE BAG, I would've gone back but I was in a rush. They will also try to not give you the receipt, ALWAYS ask for it."

"I went to Dunkin this morning and was yelled at over and over again by three employees. I had a coupon for free medium hot or iced coffee. On the back of the coupon it says that espresso drinks, milk alternatives, flavors and espresso shots may be an additional charge. I ordered an americano and was prepared to pay the $1 difference. However, the employees just key yelling no through the drive thru window and wouldn't even let me speak to explain what the back said. This went on for over a minute before I just gave up. I have never been treated that way at any business, anywhere. I still cannot believe that is how they treat customers."

"Always friendly and they remember who I am and what I usually get. There is no line inside the store. And thank God the Brownie Batter Donut is only sold during February. I would be 300# if it was available year round. When I die, put a dozen of these in my casket. Then I will know I am already in heaven. JK. Really, this is a nice Dunkin Donuts."
