"Great drive-thru, haven't gone in but you don't have to wait too long and everything is cooked the same as every other McDonald's."

"I used to visit this McDonald's a lot. And I have now decreased my visits because of the service that occurs here. Either I have to wait for a extended period of time because of the orders before me or the order is wrong. I took a chance and stopped at this McDonalds on my way home only to experience another bad visit. I called the survey line and NO one has reached back out regarding my experience here. I asked for sweet and sour sauce because both my son and I like with our fries. This is the first time EVER I have been told that there was a charge. Sandy the manager was rude about giving me the sauce. After that I refused to pull to another spot for the fear of my order being wrong and having to go in to correct that issue as well. She then got mad at me. I have waited in this line multiple times for my food, there was no reason why the vehicles behind didn't had to wait. Then when I finally got my order, it was "thrown" together. This is not how customers should be treated!"

"Waited for 20 minutes to get my food (double cheeseburger and a large fry) while I watched order after order go out the drive thru window. It might have been faster to order at an actual restaurant"

"On Friday December 1, 2023 was the fastest service experienced through the drive-thru for breakfast. There were a lot of cars and I was expecting to be sitting in my car for a bit. The line moved so quickly that it took them less than 5 minutes. Great job for the morning crew."

"Hello what a lovely morning... Where to begin So from the lady attitude at drive-thru like she doesn't want to be there, to driving home choking on a steak egg and cheese bagel that had a big piece of something in it to a call to 911 because I'm choking but can't get nothing out, to driving fast to get home because my wife a CNA to do heimlich maneuver it was a blessed morning... all I can say inspect your food it's crazy how eating here can be a safety hazard"
