"My service was awesome. We were greeted and seated within 15mins. Our server came over to the table to take our drink orders a few mins after we sat down my. I ordered crispy chicken crispers, southwest egg rolls, and boneless chicken with the sauce that's similar to Thai Chilli, they didn't look as good as the chicken crispers but they taste ok. I don't have to get those again. I love the southwest egg rolls and the chicken crispers were crispy hot. They are seasoned! My daughter ordered a burger and fries and she said her food was delicious. I also ordered a long Island and that was tasty, as well as a Margarita wilderness (I hope I got the name right) it was $6 it was sweet if you like sweet drinks. I typically like whiskey neat and if I go for light I enjoy tequila neat but both drinks were made well. Overall the food is average, the look of it is not as appealing as the menu."

"Not a good experience we has raw meat even when when we told the waiter, apparently they try to cook it again and it came almost the same way ."

"My entire party of 5 were disappointed with the food. The kids said the cheese on their pizza was disgusting and I agree. The mozzarella sticks were burned. The Southwestern Eggrolls tasted like reheated leftovers and looked very unappetizing. The patty in my burger fell apart in my mouth like cheap dog food. I got maybe 13 french fries with my burger and they were cold. My wife's fajitas didn't even come out sizzling and her "alcoholic" drink tasted weaker than lemonade. And the ribs tasted like they were dry/overcooked/reheated. Never making this mistake again. It used to be that only fast food places advertised better looking food than what was served; well, now Chili's can join their club of failure."

"Staffs were very friendly and accommodative. Location was very convenient and easily accessible. Size is moderate and tables are very close to each other. Clean and good maintained but could avoid the water on floor when going to restrooms. The kitchen water was slipping on the walkway to restrooms. Busy place even on Sunday night at 9:30. So staffs are hard working and attentive. Food taste was hit or miss among the 10 dish we ordered around 3 were not tasted good, 2 are not up to our expected taste comparable with other chilis. Our server was sweet and nice to us though. Nachos was meh, sizzlers chicken seems rubbery , quesadilla explosion salad was not good. I consider this trip May not decide everyday taste but staffs here are crowd pullers."
