"they took over 15 to make 4 simple drinks and they were impolite towards us. they put coffee into a Frappuccino that did not come with coffee and did not give any strawberries in my strawberry açaí refresher."
"Everytime I go there and bri is working I have to wait 15 mins or so until I get my drink she will stand there and play on her phone and is very rude and makes horrible drinks! Also she likes to harass people my child doesn’t even want to go in Safeway when she is working."
"Conveniently placed in the front of Safeway, this Starbucks may not be large and traditional, but you get great drinks and friendly service. Since Covid, the small table area has been pretty much shutdown but that does not bother me since I generally pick-up a drink when I am finish shopping and heading home."
"I am 14 years old and I like to walk to Starbucks with my friends. Every single time I have gone there they have been so rude to my friends and I. One time, an employee filled up my whole drink with ice, and yes I know now that you should ask for light ice, but I ordered the drink not a cup filled to the top with ice. When we went back to express our complaint, the employee, who had long brown hair, was very short with us and did not seem to even acknowledge what we had to say. Today I went there again and an employee named Lydia was so disrespectful toward us. She greeted my friend and my friend answered her and when she didn’t hear her, she raised her voice and but in a rude way and then gave us a dirty look turned away and ignored us when we tried to order. Then, a woman came up and she flat out yelled at her because she wanted milk. It was so rude and the woman looked really offended. Starbucks employees are supposed to be happy, sweet and welcoming. Lydia and the other employee had bad attitudes that didn’t make anyone want to come back. Also, my friends and I feel that the reason we are often treated like this is because we are just “kids” and they feel we aren’t as important as older customers. We have money just like them and are good paying customers who deserve to be treated with respect and our opinions deserve to be heard!!"
