"Smaller Starbucks just a few areas to sit in winter, show some outside seating , and the service team is great. Went on a Saturday morning. But if later in the day Charles St is extremely busy, prepare for that."

"This store is an absolute disaster. Corporate needs to clean house. Every time I go in here, the team is frazzled, inefficient and unhelpful. Today, I placed a mobile order and watched my sandwiches sit for FIVE MINUTES behind the counter. I asked the barista to check on them. When she brought them to me, I said, "they've been sitting back there for 5 minutes." She gave me the most passive-aggressive "we are a little busy so I appreciate your patience." There were 4 people in the store. If they can't handle 4 people and some mobile orders efficiently, then they need to close the store. No wonder people have defected to Dunkin next door."

"This is the first Starbucks where the baristas asked for my dog's name, requested to see pictures of said dog, and placed the dog's name on the order instead of mine. In fact, I don't think the barista ever asked for my name, which I find completely hilarious. Compared to the other location nearby with the drive-thru, this Starbucks not only provides generous portions of pup cups, but they are also very consistent with the quality of my usual drinks: vanilla sweet cream cold brew and during the Fall, pumpkin cream cold brew. Thanks for the laughs, and keep up the good work!"
