Dunkin'

"The customer service here (if you can even call it that) is just insulting. I'm not a regular Dunkin' patron, but occasionally stop by to grab a coffee or a gift card. "Indifferent" would be far too generous to describe the "service" at this store, and every experience I've had at this location has ranged from "unpleasant" to "uncomfortable." The cashiers, etc., barely even look at you, never EVER say "thanks" (much less smile), don't bother to confirm orders verbally, and--last time I ordered at the drive-through (needed a last-minute gift card for a teacher)--didn't even say anything at all, practically tossing the item through my car window and turning their backs before I could even thank them or acknowledge the order. You may think I sound entitled or petty in this review, but I assure you: I'm used to and can accept apathetic teenage service at fast food joints as a general matter, but this is several steps below that and borders on outright offensive. This has been my experience at this outlet every single time I've had the displeasure of visiting. I plan to lodge some kind of complaint with Dunkin' corporate, but, in the meantime, dear citizens: don't patronize this excuse for a restaurant. The people who work there obviously don't even want your business."

"This is my local Dunkin Donuts. The location runs smoothly during peak hours and the food and beverages as well prepared. I often place large orders the night before for next day pickup. Their breakfast sandwiches are especially good and they often have seasonal offrings."

Which is fine so I went to order another drink and he took it down incorrectly. When I shared with him that he had the wrong drink he rudely said "you need to make up your mind already!""
