"This place was fairly quiet for dinner time on a weeknight. The service was good as you might expect. The staff was very friendly. The food was really good with one exception. My pancakes were a little overcooked, but still quite good. I will definitely be back. Update: It was much busier this time. Good was great! The pancakes were better this time. Done just right. We will be back."
"The only thing about the IHOP that is in need of major help, is the help. They just don't have enough of it. When Denny's closed, it really was the place to go in the morning if you didn't want to cook. The food is great, and the staff they have is great, they just need more. The staff is so overwhelmed. "Had a day off so me & hubby decide to go to breakfast. Even though they were short staffed, our server was on her game. She was nice, funny and everything was punctual."
"Waited 20 minutes only to be not served any food. We had at least 2 tables adjacent to us that were seated 10 minutes after us and got their food served. We told the staff we were leaving and the waitress did not apologize. Her response was "You're good to go." Ridiculous. UPDATE: Owner reached out and we gave the restaurant another try. Second visit was complete 180. The service was quick and we actually got to eat. Maybe it was due to going during lunch time where as the first visit was dinner time."
"The server took almost 10mins to come to the table. When she finally came. She didn't ask for a drink order she asked what we wanted to eat, than took our drink order. Never came to check to see if we needed a refill, didn't give us napkins or anything. When other patrons came in they were greeted by the same server within 3mins of sitting down. Food was delicious but the server made the experience awful."
