"Ordered 9 things, received 7 in the drive thru. Told them the 2 items we were missing and they gave one item back. I said we are missing TWO and they said it’s in the bag!! It’s in the bag!! Then proceeded to have me hand all the bags back to count as if I couldn’t count myself. We were indeed missing what I said we were… they put it in the bag and handed it all back. Didn’t even apologize, DOUBLE AND TRIPLE check your stuff"

"Wife ordered food on mobile app to pick up this Taco Bell on way home from work Tuesday evening as treat for family. Person working at this Taco Bell told her they couldn’t find her order and told her she had to order again! So, (today Thursday)we saw the transaction posted to our bank account even though we didn’t get our order - to be clear - we ordered food, did not get our order and you charged us, despite not fulfilling our order! Tried to contact this store about 2pm today after the rush to make it right, but a recording comes on and says nobody at this Taco Bell is available to answer the phone! Really??? I used the Taco Bell website to complain. Won’t be coming to this place again. No thanks!"

"Let me say this....It was a great meal. Service was exceptional and food was fresh and hot. My o ly gripe is with the tables and chairs. They need new ones. Ewww. Aside from that the manager (forgot his name) big guy with glasses is so great. He needs a raise. Just glad it's nice there. I go to goodwill next door then grocery shopping at discount store. Love it all."

"Communication was poor, they made me pay for sides of sour cream and cheese because the app wouldn't let me order half the box with no cheese (I'm allergic). I already paid for the cheese once, they don't take money off when you remove toppings. Then to top it off the whole order had cheese on it anyways."

"Ordered with the app today Feb 5. My order included 2 burrito supremes, 2 crispy melt tacos, 2 chicken chipotle grilled burritos, 1 chicken power bowl, 1 soft taco and 1 hard taco. Got home to find- 1. Burrito supremes had no tomatoes, no sour cream. 2. Crispy melt tacos had no tomatoes, no sour cream and very little lettuce. 3. Chicken chipotle grilled burritos had no advocado sauce, very little cheese, one wasn't grilled, and one was ordered with rice added but it wasn't added. 4. Chicken power bowl had no advocado sauce, no tomatoes, no cheese, no sour cream and 4 pieces of chicken. 5. Soft taco - originally took it vack in due to no sourcream or tomatoes, got a replacement and got to the car and realized that it wasn't right. Took it back in because the shell was hard, turns out it wasn't even in a soft taco shell."
