"This place is pathetic. Cephus can't be found. Had an appt today an Elera decided to just neglect me. I've been coming here for year's n it's become a terrible place. You try calling, NOBODY answers. Drs apparently call when they feel like it. What's the point of making an appointment if the damn Dr isn't going to do anything. Pathetic."

"I had 1 appt with a psychiatrist at this office and will never go back. The psychiatrist was completely unprofessional. She accused me of stocking up on meds that I had been previously prescribed, was dismissive of the struggles I wanted to include in treatment, and tried to diagnose me after answering 3 questions on the screener she gave me (that she gave unclear instructions on how to answer). When I got the clinical summary a few days later, she lied on the treatment plan about giving me information on my diagnosis and included "weight loss" as part of the treatment. I never discussed anything pertaining to my weight with her. I have no words to describe how she made me feel when I saw that."

"Don't waste your time. They are incredibly disorganized and a complete mess when it comes to scheduling appointments. The therapist was 20 minutes late to our first (telehealth) appointment (which was rescheduled THREE times). She was 50 minutes late to our second appointment (which was rescheduled twice by the receptionist mistake). Their explanation? They often double book therapists. Their reasoning for doing that? "We know our patients and we know who takes less time". I wonder if their patients know that they're getting shorter sessions and if the practice charges less to them. I do know that they had me wait for A MONTH to see a therapist, to then get one that so shamelessly wasted my time and then gave me a non-apology. I'm not one to write reviews, but this is truly a terrible place."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I had the absolutely worst experience with this practice. They gave me the run around, missed appointments and were completely disorganized. In my final conversation with the practice, the office manager hung up on me and said we were dropped, after several months of getting bounced around and NEVER receiving the services we needed. I would recommend looking elsewhere-even if the doctors are good (which we never found out one way or the other) it is not worth the frustration and disorganization of the office staff. Do not waste your time here."
