"I have read some of the negative comments about Dave White’s State Farm and I find this hard to believe. My wife is a Customer Service Representative and she says that most negative reviews are due to the Customer not getting their way. I have been a member of Dave White’s State Farm for over 20 years. He and his staff are very courteous, friendly and professional from day one! When I remarried in 2005, I added my wife as a member and she too agrees with me. Thank you for your continued service."

"The only reason why I’m leaving a star because I need to Give my review this by far is the worst company to have insurance with the female Representative that works at Dave White office she was not pleasant she did not fix with she create it my bill was 230 and jumped up to 300 and she didn’t do anything about it she said that she was send me a email and that was about it is the worst by far don’t waste your time don’t waste your money and I will be looking for a different insurance company very poor customer service and will take your money And on top of it they will play around with your chart trying to increase your monthly payment very poor customer service. David White is a great guy but he need to re-train his staff"

"I have actually been a State Farm customer for 15 years on various family member's policies, including my own. I am very brand loyal and loved State Farm from the beginning, never considering going somewhere else even if it would have been cheaper. Why is it then that after forgetting a payment my account is simply deleted? Now I face state fines for being uninsured for each day I'm uninsured. I was told that the office tried to contact me, but the number they say they called is out of state and doesn't belong to anyone I know. Then when I filed my complaint, the customer service person filed me as two people (because I go by my middle name), and didn't completely fill in my information. I was told I'd receive a call in a week, and after waiting TWO weeks I called back. This whole thing is just a mess, and where is my agent? Getting people to write anonymous 5 star reviews for him..."
