"If I could leave 0 stars I would. The most unprofessional office I have ever seen. My mother had an appointment scheduled months in advance and a day before the appointment they let us know that the doctor will be busy and changed her appointment. When the new appointment came today, there was a thunder storm making driving to the appointment difficult and on top of that due to sever bleeding, which was the reason for the appointment, we were a few minutes late to the appointment. At which point the very very rude receptionist refused to let her have her appointment. We were sent away after our appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for the Doctors personal plans. Doctors have a responsibility to be compassionate and care for their patients and this office has absolutely no regards for their patients. I would strongly discourage anyone from choosing them for your healthcare. Advocate for yourself because this office will not."

"Inova OB/GYN Physician Dr. Sima Bina communicated directly with our juvenile daughter about her test results without talking to us first as parents. We confronted Dr. Bina calmly and professionally about it letting her know we want to be informed first. Dr. Bina refused to admit it was wrong to go around the parents. We had to take it up with Inova directly. Dr. Bina reacted very immaturely and sent registered mail to our daughter at home informing our daughter she wasn't welcome at her practice due to communication and trust issues. Inova has their hands full with Dr. Bina."

When I think about the delivery of my daughter, I look back with extreme fondness and happiness as it was one of the best experiences of my life-I attribute so much of that to Dr. Binas calm and soothing demeanor. I am grateful to her always and will be her patient for as long as she’ll put up with me!"
