"Terrible front office. I previously had an ultrasound here, and apparently there was a balance beyond my insurance coverage. The front office never let me know that there would be a balance, and never once contacted me before referring me to a collections agency. If you want quality healthcare service, go somewhere else! There are many options in the DMV area."

"Nurse Jennifer has helped me quite a few times as well as the other nurse, I forgot her name. Nurse Jennifer was super kind and makes me feel welcomed and way less anxious attending my appointments! The front desk ladies are also very kind and are extremely friendly. As far as doctors, my favorite has to be Dr. McClendon. She made me feel super comfortable my first time meeting her and we even laughed together. She made me feel like I could tell her all my concerns without any judgement. Office is clean which is always a plus!"

"I had scheduled an appointment online a week ago for later this month with Dr. Paik. Was going to be first time patient here. I received an email to call to provide insurance. Ended up having nothing to do with insurance. It was about how they didn't confirm my appointment that I scheduled and so I didn't have an appointment now. Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. Kept giving me an attitude saying well it wasn't confirmed on their end so I needed to schedule another appointment and that I could also do it again online (why would I do it online and have no way of knowing that it was confirmed on their end and deal with this again so I asked her provide me dates and early times for available appointments----she gave me 1 option and it was a late time, I said no and asked again for earlier times and she hung up on me). This was my first and believe me last experience with them!!!!"

"I was seen here with Dr.Paik about 5 months ago to check my discomfort for the first time and found out I was pregnant. I was so happy about it as I had been waiting. Also, since she speaks Korean, I feel comfortable communicating with her. She is a genuinely caring doctor you will see when you meet her for sure. And staff here are nice enough to welcome me all the time. The front desk, phlebotomist, sonographer and medical assistants I met were friendly. The front desk lady who were wearing glasses is so nice enough to explain insurance benefits and my responsibilities. Sadly, I ended up deciding to switch over to other practice because of a long distance from my place. As my husband and I got worried about the fact that the delivery hospital is somewhat far. I will miss Dr.Paik and her team and strongly recommend her to anyone."

"I needed a new general doctor since I got fed up with my last doctor and her staff. I was recommended to this practice by a friend. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sutherland. I thought she was great and I'm happy with the way she listened, was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure all my needs were answered. I got an extensive blood test and she called me as soon as the results came in which was two days later. She was very thorough explaining my results and recommended to me to get further tests from an Endocrinologist. The office staff and the phlebotomist were very nice and helpful as well. I would recommend Dr. Sutherland to anyone."
