"I haven’t even gone for my appointment yet and I’m writing this review because I find many of the cements about Mrs. Patty to be untrue and unfair, both her and Dr. McLaren (based on brief phone encounters) seemed very genuinely caring, kind and professional. I spoke to Mrs. Patty on the phone and she was such a professional and delightful lady (and for those who write she is mean towards foreigners, SO NOT TRUE, as I’m a foreigner too). So far my experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful and I look forward to going in for my appointment soon and hopefully continue to see them for the remainder of my pregnancy and future pregnancies. Even though my insurance is not accepted by their practice I’m still making the choice to go to them and pay an out of pocket cost because after speaking to them on the phone I see how genuinely they care about their patients and their health, they don’t just see you as a $ sign and truly care about your concerns. I appreciate all your help Mrs. Patty, see you soon."

"I just had my last appointment with Dr. McLaren and Patty today and I could not be happier with the care and experience that I have had over two pregnancies under their careful observation. Both of my pregnancies required frequent scans and a lot of attention. I looked forward to every appointment knowing I would have a wonderful experience and that I would be supported no matter what was discovered at the appointment. Dr. McLaren’s calm demeanor and Patty’s compassion and kindness make them a great team to help you through any stressful thing that may arise throughout a pregnancy. Patty is an expert at her craft and talks you through every blob and shadow describing the parts of your baby as she completes thorough scans. We always got the best and most detailed sonogram pictures from her scans! I always felt reassured and that I could trust Dr. McLaren’s judgment at every speed bump that the journey of pregnancy threw at us. They both really got to know us and we felt incredibly supported. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking an expert MFM team. As for the negative reviews I have seen on here, I don’t know of any medical practice that would honor an appointment where the patient is late. These scans require precision and cannot be rushed. They are honoring their other patients who are respectfully on time by sticking to a schedule. I don’t even know a hairdresser that would honor an appointment if the client was more than 15 minutes late. Be on time and respect the medical professionals and other patients and you won’t ever have an issue with this practice. It is as simple as that."

"Pretty sure Ms Patty at this office is racist and miserable. I had an appt for 2PM and was threatened that I would need to reschedule for not being 15 min early. Very confusing considering I waited 1hr15 min before walking out due to not being called back. Looking at previous reviews, all foreign patients are required to reschedule while non foreign patients rave about her. While waiting, she called back a non foreign patient with an appt time after mine before I was ever called back. Will not be returning here. Patty please get a grip lady."

"This is our third pregnancy with Dr. Mclaren. We’ve loved how thorough our appointments are as well as how we’ve been treated like family during all of our visits. Patty has always been very helpful and eases our anxiety at every appointment. We love this practice and these doctors!"

"THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!! Super unprofessional and not worth it. Avoid at all costs. Patty, the head nurse or whoever she thinks she is, is an absolute nightmare. I think she has personal problems of her own and takes them out on patients. Dr McLaren has no backbone and will do anything she says. If you are early 5 mins or 5 mins late to your appointment, they automatically say “reschedule and today’s appointment is cancelled.” No communication whatsoever. They discriminate against all and pick and choose who they want to see, especially Patty depending on her mood. I would go to anyone else but here."
