I brought in my wedding band and engagement ring to figure out why my wedding band was too tight despite being larger than my e-ring that used to fit perfectly on its own, a problem that has been bothering me for years. She was very thorough about comparing the two rings and examining the shape of my finger to figure out how to resize both rings to make sure they could be worn together with no "muffin top" effect. I was initially convinced that the e-ring didn't need to be resized and Jackie offered to just start with the wedding band and see how that worked on its own, but she was pretty confident that I'd want to resize the e-ring afterwards so I trusted her judgment and had her adjust both together, and she was totally right. I left my rings with Jackie on a Saturday afternoon shortly before closing and they were ready around noon the next business day, and they're absolutely perfect! She even plated the white gold wedding band in rhodium to make it match the platinum e-ring band a little more closely, which is such a subtle change but really makes the rings look even better together. Jackie really knows her stuff, and I'm so glad I decided to come to Tiara Jewelers."
