"Full bedroom of furniture, waited months. The wrong stuff came, damaged door ways and didn’t tell anyone, sold us an expensive plant from the floor and told us to take it, then said we couldn’t it required delivery…. Clearly sent a lower priced model. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Wrong furniture, wrong accessories, missing items, and damaged our house. Not the white glove experience one would expect at these prices, additionally the furniture quality of what was delivered leaves lots to be desired- I could have done better at Ashley home store yet it cost 5x…. No response from store or management, buyer beware!!!"
"I had a wonderful experience shopping at Arhaus in Baltimore. Cami Walker helped me pick out beautiful furniture and coordinating fabrics. Her follow up was outstanding. She kept me informed of my order status and checked in to make sure everything was perfect once the furniture was delivered (it was). Arhaus in Baltimore is worth a visit. If you go, ask for Cami. You will be glad you did. She is great;"
"My designer recommended that I work with Cami, and she was great! She met us early in the store, took her time and helped place an order for multiple pieces of furniture for our new home. She was always quick to respond, and more importantly, we are so happy with the items we purchased. I also ordered furniture from another store, and I so wish I had just gone to see Cami instead, because the lead-time and customer service was awful in comparison. I liked that if I had a question I could talk to her directly rather than calling and 800 number and talking to someone different every time."
"I fell in love with the eclectic, earthy, sophisticated, high quality furniture the moment I first walked onto the Arhaus Furniture showroom floor. I have experienced great customer service every time I have visited the store and Cami has been my Arhaus Furniture design consultant since that day back in 2014. She has helped me design two apartments and now my first new home. Cami has always remembered every item that I have had my eye on and she has called and/or emailed me when a specific item arrived in stock or the start of a store sale. Cami has a great eye for decor and has come to my rescue when I became indecisive in choosing a chandelier to pair with my dinning room table that I have purchased. Cami, thank you for consistent magnificent customer service. It is very much appreciated!"
