"Do not go to Nelson Coleman with any customized jewelry request and certainly do not trust them to take you off a mailing or text message list even after you ask them multiple times. The long story short is that I felt like they tried to take advantage of me around my wedding when I was trying to get a gift made for my mom. $300 they wanted to charge me for a FLOSS thing gold necklace instead of putting the money I was willing to spend into a better stone. The stone came out undersized and I had no time left. So now, Nelson Coleman keeps sending me mailers despite my repeated attempts to tell him over the phone, in writing and online to stop reaching out to me. It wasn't until I threatened to write this review of how I believe they cannot be trusted that they said they would honor my request to take me off their mailing list."
