"I was concerned about the winter weather that was incoming on the day of a training (Saturday) and called the office on Thursday to voice my concern. I would have had to drive an hour to this training and the weather was supposed to be icey and snowy. They said that they would cancel the class on Friday if they needed to. Fine by me. They didn't call me so I called them on Friday and Saturday morning to find that their office was closed and no one was there to take my phone call either day. So I don't go to the class because I was concerned for my safety and now I can't push my registration deposit to next month because they "didn't get a call 24 hours in advanced saying that I wanted to push my registration fee". I called THREE times. I think that this is a ridiculous policy to have if your office is not going to be open to take anyone's phone calls. I am the director of a program and will be sending all of my staff (including myself) to other training centers from now on."
