"I bought my wife 2 ankle bracelets from here the same day within a hour 1 broke and within 20 minutes the other also broke just from her wearing them and walking which you would think u should be able to wear and not have them break so we took them back and spoke with the owner he told me there’s nothing he could do he had to charge me to fix them so already in disbelief left them to get fixed When we go to pick them up owner is there again after we pay she goes to put them on and one of them is 1 inch longer and the other 2 inches longer so she can’t even wear them now because they are too long so again speak to the owner he says that you have to specify how long you want it when you get it fixed not that you’ll get back with you gave them I asked him if that’s how he runs his business and he gave me a crazy look and shrugged his shoulders and said oh well just pre-warning you if you buy anything from his place you’re going to be sorry not only is the customer service the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life the jewelry I’m pretty sure it’s fake So update after fighting and arguing with them for a week they exchanged the two bracelets that were broke and then fixed an given back over length for one bracelet that was thicker and they said nicer she had it for less than 24 hours and it broke also bottom line everything they have is just junk"

"I purchased a diamond bracelet from them and asked for a 2kt. The guy said oh yeah everything was 50% off. I paid $ 600 for the bracelet. I went to have it appraised and found out it was 3/4 kt. Do not trust this business. They just want to make a sale. Very dis honest."
