"I always like going to Michael’s. I was shopping today to pick up an inexpensive 4 1/2-foot fake Christmas tree. It’s only $25, so it wasn’t a bad deal. Everyone of the Michaels I've been in has always been clean and well stocked. My only complaint is the number of registers open. I’m always taken back by the number of people in line and the fact that there’s only one or two registers opening, and the wait line seems like forever."
"It doesn't matter how many times I show up at this store or what time of day, I swear Kari must work there 24 hours a day. She ALWAYS manages to be there, and she stops by and makes sure I found everything ok, and that's in the middle of diligently stocking shelves and working hard. She never acts like I'm taking up too much of her time. When I ask her dumb questions like "where is XX?" and I'm actually standing right beside XX, she's always really helpful and up for a good chuckle. Haven't been so impressed with an employee at a store in quite some time. Kudos to Kari! Michael's, hang onto this one!"
