"If I could give 0 stars I would. These children that know nothing of what they are selling or "exchanging". They clearly don't when asked about a key feature of a product they refused to understand what was happening and did not know at all about it and refused to answer a simple request. So that's ok I'll go out of my way to spend my money elsewhere."

Altho the item i purchased was defective, they provided a full refund and the manager was very understanding and cooperative, even relating his own experience with a similar situation during the pandemic. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome."

"Great selection, and the staff have always been super friendly. They'll definitely overprice some items, but I still find lots of games and collectibles that I would never see anywhere else. I actually avoided them for awhile because I've been told frequently that everything there is expensive, but it kind of just depends on what you're in the hunt for from what I've seen."

"Don't waste your time trying to sell legit high value collectibles here. I waited an hour in the shop for my items to be "priced" and I had to ask if they were ready rather than them notifying me like they said. One of the workers told me to my face they don't make offers above 50% of the retail price. Which would be one thing I could sort of understand as a business... except none of my items were priced any higher than 10%. Total joke. I took back everything and listed on ebay instead."

"It was the first time I've been to The Exchange. I absolutely loved the experience. They have a lot of stock and whether they are used or not as well as the condition of the item , denotes the price. I picked up battlefield 2042 for $20 and Battlefield 1- Revolution for $7. There was no shortage of staff that helped me promptly. They also have records (vinyl) and movies. Again, depending on condition, you will pay different amounts. The do take credit cards so you don't have to run for cash! Great place if you're looking for a movie, game or vinyl!!"
