This location is using less space which makes it look like less merchandise, but really has many options. I rarely encounter lines to checkout, and the staff has been very helpful and friendly."

"This Michael's is large and it's always updating to carry everything you might need. I could spend an hour here even just wandering the aisles. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The only items that I think could be found somewhere else cheaper and a little better quality are the frames but they have so many ready that it's just easy to buy them here. As per the other departments, they have the permanent ones like fabric, paints, arts and crafts, and then the seasonal decor changes constantly and the products are updated and different every year. I recommend this Michael's."

"I had the worst customer experience at 5070 William Penn Highway, PA. The employees were not helpful, they were rude directly to me and they walked away saying rude things. When I questioned their lack of help, the one worker yelled at me which prompted me to leave the store without buying anything. While I am only one customer, I would caution any people going to this specific Michaels due to the negative experience I shared."
