"Although I was greeted promptly and with a smile by the first visible employee I saw, I was sent to be helped by the only other associate in the store who was on the phone with another customer. She asked me to wait for a moment while she wrapped up her call - at which point I’d already been waiting for several minutes before she acknowledged me and asked if I would wait for am additional moment while she finished her call. I asked if it would be better to leave and come back, but she said no. However, she did not wrap up her call and after 7-8 minutes I left to shop somewhere else. I came back 20 minutes later and she was still on the phone and unavailable. I ended up being helped by the only other employee and never received an apology or an acknowledgement of the time I spent waiting. Due to the poor service experience offered at this location, I would not recommend shopping or visiting here unless you have ample time to waste. And since Jared will also inspect and clean jewelry purchased at either Jared or Kay’s- I plan to do all of my shopping and maintenance there. The store is much nicer and the staff are better equipped to minimize wait time."
